The heart of the Omega Vineyards & Winery is about quality, attention to detail, and working hard and diligently to craft wines of unparallel Character, Distinction, and Style.

The foundation and development of our winery began about late 1999, when Frank Natsis, owner and proprietor, decided to transition from restaurateur to full-time grape growing and winemaking.  Along with his children, Jim and George, the idea was established to craft a style of wine that was distinctive to our increasingly popular appellation, yet approachable when considering the food with which wine is most often paired.

Our approach is and will always be based on a simple formula: (1) define the standard of quality in the vineyards – great wine can only be made of grapes that are of exceptional quality. (2) Employ technique that is consistent and sound in practice and application. For this, we turned to the expertise of Aaron Mosley, our consulting winemaker, who set out the layout of the winery and developed the winemaking program. (3) Time – allow the wines to develop and mature at a slow and deliberate pace.  Greatness cannot be rushed.  (4) Consistency – enough said.

Our underlying goal is to promote a style of wine that exceeds the expectations of the customers and compliments the cuisine of your choice; it is our sincerest hope that you enjoy our “Omega Cellars” products.
